Pick a Pearl: Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.

1. Sponsor. Polite Worldwide, 23371 Mulholland Drive #334, Woodland Hills, California 91364.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion periods. Pick a Pearl runs in monthly promotion periods. The first period opens on October 30, 2026 and closes November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. After that, each period is one calendar month, opening on the 1st at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and closing on the last day of the month at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The sponsor may end the promotion at the close of any period.

4. How to enter. Enter your first name and email address through the Pick a Pearl form on politeworldwide.com, then pick one of ten pearls. Each pearl holds a prize, drawn at random at the moment you pick, at the odds in section 7. Limit one pick per person and per email address for the whole promotion, not per period. Picks made by automated means, or by anyone using more than one email address or identity, are void.

5. Free entry by mail. To enter without using the online form, mail a postcard with your first and last name, mailing address, email address and date of birth to: Polite Worldwide, Pick a Pearl, 23371 Mulholland Drive #334, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. One postcard per envelope and one entry per person for the whole promotion. Within seven days of receiving it, the sponsor makes a pick for you through the same draw, at the same odds, and emails you the result. A postcard received after a period closes is entered in the next period.

6. Prizes. Every pick wins one of the following.

• One Multi Color Pearl Necklace in sterling silver, approximate retail value $695. One per period.
• One Multi Color Bracelet in sterling silver, approximate retail value $375. Two per period.
• A discount code for 25%, 20%, 15% or 10% off sterling silver jewelry on politeworldwide.com.

A necklace or bracelet winner also receives a 10% code. Codes are single use, one per person, valid for 14 days from the pick (until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 14th day after the pick), apply to sterling silver only (14k gold pieces and the Jesus "Peace" are excluded), cannot be combined with other discounts, and have no cash value. Physical prizes are not transferable, no cash alternative is offered, and the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. Odds. On each pick: the necklace 1 in 250, the bracelet 1 in 100, 25% off 3 in 100, 20% off 12 in 100, 15% off 33 in 100, and 10% off 50.6 in 100. When a period's necklace or bracelets have been won, that prize is shown as won on the game page and its chance goes to 10% off for the rest of the period.

8. Winners and notification. The result shows on the screen at the moment of the pick and is emailed to the address entered. A necklace or bracelet winner is contacted by email within three days to confirm eligibility and a US shipping address, and must reply within 14 days to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and returns to that period's draw.

9. Email and text. Entering adds your email address to the Polite Worldwide mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect a prize already won. Adding a phone number is optional and not required to enter or win; texts are sent only if you agree to them on the form.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, the game page shows the first name of each necklace and bracelet winner for the rest of that period, for example "Won by Sarah". No other personal information is published without the winner's permission. Sharing a result is optional and never a condition of any prize.

11. Not affiliated with any platform. Pick a Pearl is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Shopify or any other platform.

12. General. The sponsor may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if it cannot be run as planned, including because of a technical failure or fraud. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering you agree to these rules and to the sponsor's decisions, which are final.
