Complimentary warranty is included with your purchase for one year from the date of your purchase.

The one-year complimentary warranty includes one product restring or refresh, and one complementary length adjustment.

Warranty does not include shipping or materials.

HOW TO CARE

This piece is made of natural semi-precious and precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, and precious metals; 14kt yellow gold, 14kt white gold, or sterling silver. Please handle your jewelry with care to maintain your piece for years to come. You can clean your jewelry with standard jewelry cleaning processes. We suggest you avoid all harsh chemical cleaners. We are happy to assist with professional cleaning as needed. Please contact our concierge at hello@politeworldwide.com to arrange for adjustments, repairs, or general cleaning of your piece.

Pearls like moisture and normal conditions where they are not too dry. Wear your jewelry often to maintain healthy moisture levels for your pearls. Do not hang your pearls or wear them in water, this will loosen the delicate thread that your pearl jewelry is made with causing it to break.
