Order processing usually takes 2-5 business days. For custom orders, depending on the request customization takes between 3-10 business days.
Complimentary shipping on all USA orders. Complimentary shipping on all international orders above $500 USD. All international orders have regulations for import duties and taxes that vary from country to country. Please note: International orders are subject to your local duties & taxes, we are not liable for these costs, these fees are due for payment by the customer. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, Polite Worldwide has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
Note: We are experiencing extended processing times, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Current shipping time frames are 5-7 business days via UPS ground shipping. For International shipments extended delivery times may occur depending on your location and the region custom clearance processes.
We personally design, and handcraft each made-to-order piece. Our products are intended to become intrinsically connected to you, like a treasure to keep. Select items purchased online are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, but items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. Eyewear is not returnable or refundable, we have a safety seal on our eyewear to maintain cleanliness of the piece. All eyewear is final sale.
Once we receive your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards your next purchase online. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We offer the unique option for you to customize your jewelry pieces. You are able to request your personalized length, add gemstone beads, letters, numbers or charms of symbols. Please contact our concierge team to request custom options to personalize your piece at email@example.com. For a simple length request, please add your requested length in the order notes at checkout and our team will accommodate your request. Please note, custom orders are final sale. We do offer complimentary adjustments, care and repair services so that your pieces stay in good shape for years and years. Shipping, materials or additionals are billed separately.
