We at the Polite Worldwide are devoted to quality and the relationships with our customers. Many of our products are hand made, making each unique with subtle variances.
Order processing usually takes 2-5 business days. For custom orders, depending on the request customization take between 3-7 business days.
International shipments will have additional tax/tariff determined by the country we are shipping to.
Select items purchased online are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds, but items may be returned for exchange or store credit.
Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. Eyewear is not returnable or refundable, we have a safety seal on our eyewear to maintain cleanliness of the piece. All eyewear is final sale.
Once we receive your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards your next purchase online. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Polite freshwater pearls are selected one by one for brilliant, natural color, roundness and luster. We use real recycled 14kt gold hardware and precious gems on select styles. All jewelry is locally made by hand in Los Angeles.
